Refund policy

At SAFESETC.COM all products are shipped brand new sealed in its original packaging, if for any reason the products are damaged or defective SAFESETC.COM or the manufacture will replace it a no charge to you.

All other items returned must be Sealed and unopened in there original packaging accompanied by a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number)which can be attained  by email ONLY, All returned items and will have a 20% restocking fee, all returns must be made within the first 30 days of purchase.

If the product is defective after 30 days you must contact the manufacture. We will provide those phone numbers for you.

What if the batteries run down on my Electronic Lock?
All the electronic locks we sell have an internal memory that will allow you to change battery and keep your existing combination, read the manufactures instructions.

How can I tell if I need a right hander or a left handed Handle?
When you stand outside facing the door if the hinges are on the right, then it’s a right handed door, if there on the left, then it’s a left handed door.
