Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST Mo-Fr usually ship within 24-48 hours

There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.

merchandise shipped via US Postal Service.
Please allow 4 -14 days for delivery depending on shipping method.
Available shipping methods are Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or US Postal
Service. Shipping charges are calculated automatically when the order is
placed.
APO/FPO INFO:
Orders shipped to Military APO/FPO addresses can only be delivered via
US Postal Service.
Customers should expect 1-3 weeks for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders:
Using American Express or Discover card as payment method will require
no additional information for verification in most cases.
First time customers using Visa or Master Card may be required to
provide us with additional information to proof your identity.
International shipping rates will be determined at the time of your
order automatically. Safesetc.com will notify you via email should there

Safesetc.com is not responsible for any additional VAT, broker, duty or
taxes on any International order.
Delivery time will vary for each international location and method of
shipment. International orders that are delivered damaged can only be
claimed through your local delivery service. In no event Safesetc.com
will be responsible for International delivery charges.
Return Policy:
At SAFESETC.COM all products are shipped brand new sealed in its
original packaging, if for any reason the products are damaged or
defective SAFESETC.COM or the manufacture will replace it a no charge to you.
All other items returned must be Sealed and unopened in there original
packaging accompanied by a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization
Number)which can be attained by email ONLY, All returned items and will
have a 20% restocking fee, all returns must be made within the first 30
days of purchase.
If the product is defective after 30 days you must contact the
manufacture. We will provide those phone numbers for you.
What if the batteries run down on my Electronic Lock?
All the electronic locks we sell have an internal memory that will allow
you to change battery and keep your existing combination, read the
manufactures instructions.
How can I tell if I need a right hander or a left
handed Handle?
When you stand outside facing the door if the hinges are on the right,
then it’s a right handed door, if there on the left, then it’s a left
handed door.
